Sako Asko is a Colombian artist with an affinity for the human inner world. In his work he maintains a balance between the technical and the conceptual; and it is through drawing that he makes visible the inner universes that are hidden from the human eye. From his approach to Mexican culture, the artist developed a desire to delve into the country and offer something as a symbol of gratitude and admiration.

In this sense, her offering is her artistic work: a piece of her heart. “Tinta Corazón” is a series of ink drawings on paper where poetry, symbolism and psychoanalysis contribute to configure the pieces in this series. It is a journey of self-knowledge where Sako dialogues with different voices that she finds within herself.
