SAKO ASKO

Santiago Oliveros, a Colombian artist, distributes his work under the pseudonym “ SakoAsko ”. His innate fascination with drawing and animated programs, as well as having grown up alongside people who liked to create, led him to study Fine Arts at the Fábula Art Academy. He currently works as an independent illustrator and in parallel develops his drawing and painting projects.

She describes her creations as follows: “In my work I show a concern for both the technique and the conceptual part of illustration, and I try to maintain a balance between the two factors. I have always felt a kinship with the interiority of the human being, with knowing what motivates our decision-making or its postponement, and that is why I am so passionate about creating images, because I firmly believe that through drawing I can make visible the inner universes that are hidden from the human eye.”
